Who we are
PubStages is a platform that helps venues publish local events, artists discover performance opportunities, and visitors find live entertainment. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@pubstages.co.uk.
Information we process
Depending on how you use PubStages, we may process account details, profile and venue information, event content, messages, notification preferences, technical security records, and subscription references supplied by our payment provider. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by PubStages.
Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, publish content you choose to make public, process subscriptions, send requested notifications, moderate reports, prevent abuse, and improve platform reliability.
Sharing and processors
We only share information where needed to operate the platform, comply with law, protect users, or use contracted service providers such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing. Public venue, artist and event information is visible to visitors by design.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. We apply access controls, encrypted transport, audit records and operational backups, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update most profile and preference information in your dashboard. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or other applicable data rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Changes
We may update this notice as PubStages develops. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
